Our business of cost verification, audit and commercial assurance operates in a heavily dominated industry, and whilst the top 5 businesses currently supply most major businesses around the world this provided a unique opportunity for CV-I to develop a business model that we have not seen replicated anywhere else, one which smaller competitors have simply overlooked, and large competitors cannot adapt to.

We know that to provide a truly independent service this does not just include principles in contract wording but the ability to provide a truly independent service no matter which client or service is being required of our business.
Having previously focussed on the UK construction industry cost verification quickly gained recognition by major public and private organisations, we understood that our clients did not want the burden of highly inflated consultancy fees, needed reliability and professional outputs and most of all needed any output to be provided independently of their own views or that of their supply chain and whilst this “independence” is suggested to be provided by many in the industry it became more and more apparent that business to business supply chain conflict was evident in almost every assignment our staff undertook where we were preceded by other audit, accounting and investigative companies.
